Teacher at Heart

As stressful as things are in this season, I do have one respite in my professional life: teaching.

I love the two class sessions I have each week as an adjunct professor. The survey course in business law can be a lot of fun and I think the semester will be one for the memory book.

I’m enjoying the willingness of these students to work in teams, share their final products, and not phone it in. That’s huge.

As I walk into class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, I feel a lilt in my step. I hope they are learning new things and that they don’t think the class is too lame.

Thank goodness for this class!
