I try to chronicle each day’s workout because I like to keep track of what I do, how hard it is, and whether I’m becoming stronger [i.e. does it feel “easier” the next time].
Today’s workout was one for the books because it involved a few things I don’t typically care to do many reps of and made me do all of those things many times.
We had four total in the workout today, including my trainer, and we all were able to finish. Granted, I am always last, but better to be last than to tap out halfway through the thing. Slow and steady and all that.
The best news is that this is the first workout since the beginning of the month where I have left feeling like I didn’t want to completely die. I think after missing workouts and being sick, I may be close to making a complete comeback.
I’ll see how many workouts I can finish between now and when I return to work after the first of the year.
